My Approach
I approach healing (and true thriving!) through a triune lens: spirit, soul, and body.
For too long, modern healthcare has attempted to treat only one-third of who we are, focusing exclusively on physical symptoms while neglecting the deeper spiritual and emotional roots beneath them. At the same time, overly spiritualized approaches can sometimes ignore the importance of caring for the bodies God created us to live in.
True healing is whole-person restoration.
It means nourishing the spirit, healing the soul, and restoring the body - because every human being experiences an overlap of all three. Most people are navigating some combination of:
Physical burdens, such as toxins, pathogens, inflammation, or nervous system dysfunction
Spiritual strongholds, like fear, generational curses, and spiritual oppression
Soul wounds, including trauma, emotional pain, and limiting mindsets that hinder peace
My mission is to equip you to pursue healing in a way that leaves no part of you untouched so you can experience the fullness of restoration Jesus purchased for you.

Methods and Modalities
I am a holistic health practitioner and deliverance minister, uniquely combining root-cause wellness with the power of heaven. My work integrates practical, evidence-informed tools with Spirit-led ministry to address dis-ease at every level - spirit, soul, and body.
Some of the methods I utilize include applied kinesiology (muscle testing), functional bloodwork interpretation, targeted supplementation, discernment prayer, inner healing, and deliverance. These modalities work together to uncover underlying burdens, restore balance, and invite true freedom and wholeness.
